We have communicated with you each time you call, State Farm corporate billing owns all billing and our corporate underwriting team owns all discounts being applied to your homeowners insurance, not our local office. After reviewing your homeowners policy billing and discounts, your annual premium never changed as we communicated with you multiple times and every discount was applied to your policy. It does take our corporate team a bit to process any removal of discounts and reapplying of them. Since you kept your vehicles in a different state and had a homeowners policy in TN, sometimes our corporate team cannot see that which is why they reapplied that home/auto discount for you after we spoke to them. I am glad to hear after you called our office 10 times that we answered each time, we take pride in not letting the phone go unanswered and resolving the problem even if it takes our corporate team a little bit of time to get it all resolved.
